Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. As each item is naturally dyed and made in small batches, some products may take slightly longer — you'll be notified if there's a delay.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.00
• Orders below ₹999.00 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹49

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas / North-East India: 7–10 business days

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to you.

Delays

Occasionally, factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, natural dye batch timing) may affect delivery. We'll always keep you updated if your order is delayed.
